Creating an Account
Where do I create an account?
You can create an account by downloading the ‘First State Insurance’ mobile app from the Apple or Google Play stores, or by accessing the online portal here.
What if CSR24 does not recognize my information or does not let me create an account?
Likely, the information we have in our customer management system does not match what you are entering into these fields. Contact our office to make sure we have your most up-to-date information!
When can I login after updating my contact information with your office?
Our customer management system syncs with CSR24 overnight. If you updated your contact information with us today, you can login tomorrow morning!
What if I don’t receive a confirmation code?
After entering in the above fields, a confirmation code will be emailed to you immediately. If you do not see this email, check your junk or spam folder. If you are still unable to locate this email, please email info@NEins.com and our agency will help setup your credentials.
What are the password requirements?
The password must be at least 10 characters in length and include 1 upper case, 1 lower case letter, and 1 number.

What if I forget my password?
There is a ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login screen that will send a link to your email to reset your password.
I’ve tried logging in and CSR24 now says my account is locked, what do I do?
After 3 failed login attempts CSR24 will lock your account as a security measure. Please e-mail info@NEins.com for an FSI team member to unlock your account.
Can my spouse and I both have accounts?
Yes, you and your spouse can have separate logins. Each of you will need your own email address and this email (along with a mobile phone number) must match what we have in our customer management system.
I have my personal and business insurance with First State Insurance, will all of my policies show under one CSR24 account?
No, the CSR24 system will require two separate login accounts – one for your personal insurance and one for your business insurance. You can use the same email address for both accounts but must have different usernames.
CSR24 Online Portal & Mobile App
If I request a change or submit a claim through the online portal or mobile app, is coverage automatically bound?
No, the request you submit online simply notifies an FSI team member a change has been requested. The team member may need to reach out to you via email to gather additional information. Once the team member has submitted the request with your insurance company, he or she will email you a confirmation.
If I submit a claim through the online portal or mobile app, is the claim automatically submitted to my insurance company?
No, the claim you submit online simply notifies an FSI team member a claim submission has been requested. The team member may need to reach out to you via email to gather additional information. Once the team member has submitted the claim with your insurance company, he or she will email you a confirmation.
Do the online portal and mobile app have the same features?
Almost, but not quite! The online portal does have a few additional features that the mobile app does not. See below for a complete list of the current features.
What features are available on the online portal?
The online portal allows you to view and change your information and policy coverages; edit, add, and remove drivers and vehicles; report claims; process auto ID cards; and submit a quote request or general inquiry.
What features are available on the mobile app?
The mobile app allows you to do all the above accept view or change your personal information; request changes to update your policy coverages; or submit a quote request or general inquiry.
Why are some drivers listed twice?
If you have an umbrella policy with your insurance company, a driver may be listed on the CSR24 portal twice. If you need to edit or remove a driver that is listed twice, you can select either option and the request will be processed.
Why do certain policies not list coverage information?
Most of our insurance companies can connect into our customer management system to ‘download’ coverage information onto your account. However, there are certain insurance companies that cannot. If you see a policy that does not have all the coverage information listed, it is because your insurance company is unable to connect into our system.
Can I access policy documents online or on the mobile app?
As of now, you are unable to access policy documents online or on the mobile app. This feature will be available in 2022.
Can I upload documents or pictures online or through the mobile app?
You can upload documents or pictures online when submitting a claim or requesting a change to your policy coverage. You can upload documents or pictures on the mobile app when submitting a claim.
How long does it take for requested changes to show on the CSR24 policy(s)?
After requesting a change, the policy on CSR24 may not be updated for 7-14 business days. The change must first be processed and issued by your insurance company.
